License Grant
By using Chibi Link, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or exploit any part of the Chibi Link service without prior written consent. Additionally, you may not use the service for illegal activities or in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Chibi Link service, including any content, features, and functionality, are owned by Chibi Link. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the service or its associated intellectual property.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Chibi Link may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, for any violation of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service and delete any related materials in your possession.

Chibi Link provides the service "as is" and makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You agree to use the service at your own risk.
Governing Law
This licensing agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
